CCM Technical Support Strategic Technologies provides complete software support services. Users have 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST) telephone access to a software support representatives to assist in utilization of the software or to answer questions. A CCM User Group has also been formed. This group meets on a regular basis to provide direction for CCM, answer questions, discuss with other users their utilization of the software and suggest new features and capabilities. An annual maintenance fee will fund CCM's software support, finance CCM User Group activities, and fund new software development and upgrades. This will ensure CCM remains a state-of-art software system and that the software will react to service delivery changes within county social services. Contact Support Staff:
