FTS Technical Support

Strategic Technologies provides complete software support services. Users have access to our responsive support staff between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A FTS User Group has also been formed. This group meets on a regular basis to provide direction for FTS, answer questions, discuss utilization with other users and make suggestions for new features and capabilities.
