MNCATS Technical Support

Strategic Technologies provides complete software support services. Users have access to our responsive support staff between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A MNCATS User Group has been formed. This group meets semi-annually to provide direction for the product, suggest new features and enhancements, answer questions, and to discuss their utilization of the system with other counties.
